Recommend Turtle Beach Recon 50P Headset

Decent headset
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got these to replace my old headset because I read reviews saying it had a good mic and was comfortable. Despite having a wire splitter for the mic, from the same brand, I couldn't get the mic to work whatsoever. If I plugged it into only the mic output it was noisy and had a lot of static I couldn't reduce even when I changed the volume settings. If strictly used for hearing they'd be fine enough, though I find they're a bit uncomfortable on the top of my head. Disappointed overall, but not the worst I guess.

Don't really want to spend hundreds of dollars to hear some strangers voice as I'm gaming , as long as I hear him is fine .

Love the ability to mute by moving the mic. Very comfortable after hours of playing.

They get the job done

Never have any issues hearing anything, though some sounds tend to be a little muted. Plus the mic it adjustable or can be removed if it gets in the way.

Mic stopped working after 1 month
