Great headset! There are 2 usb dongles that i plug into my xbox and Playstation. There is a single button that makes it seemless to switch between both units. There is a dedicated app for your phone to help control the headset and adjust the equalizer and sound setting. Other than using it for updates to the headset, you really don't need the app unless you want to find tune them. Sound is great when you tune them and can hear great detail ingame. Sound is loud and noise cancelling works great. Wife yells at me and cant hear so works wonderfully. I do wear glasses and the headset fits comfortably and does not hurt my head after long playing sessions. They use metal hinges where you adjust the earpieces. This is great as i had an older headset from Turtle Beach that use plastic hinges and broke after a year. Value can be better but i have seen them go down as low as $150 and at that range its a good headset to buy without having to go up in budget.

Love this headset. The battery life is great, and the mic quality is great for a headset. Very comfortable to wear for long periods of time, even if you have glasses.

I have owned this headset for about a month now and I can say with full confidence that this was a huge improvement to the gen 2 headset. The build quality is much more robust and higher quality, the swivel points in the cups that notoriously break are now made with metal instead of the flimsy plastics like the gens past. The battery life is absolutely incredible im a very active gamer and even after long hours of play I only have to charge it once a week. The colbalt blue really does add a touch of class to the common black color. The sound quality is top teir if you prefer the bass you can have it booming like your in the game in real life. You can pick up all the nuances in the background as well. The Bluetooth is also vastly improved i have yet to lose connection to my phone so i never miss an important call while I'm saving the world. It seamlessly switches back to game chat after the call. It works on every system I have and the fact you get 2 usbs is amazing I no longer have to unplug my usb to move it to my pc or other game systems i just plug it in and go. (After the driver update of course.) All in all I would higly recommend this headset and if this is the change of pace for turtlebeach I can see great things in the future.

I am very surprised at how good this headset is. Not just in sound but in the build quality. I've had Turtle Beach headsets in the past and the built was not always the best, but they have fixed a lot of the issues with this one. This works on XSX, PS5, PC and NS. I love that it has 2 dongles, and you can switch it on the fly. Playing PS5 and want to now go on to another console? Done with a click of a button. The driver size is insane at 60mm. It is a bit heavy, but this is coming from someone who has a SteelSeries headset, and I can feel the difference. Great for multiplatform.

I came in looking for a steelseeries headset but couldn’t find the right one I wanted. I had just broken a pair and I was likely just going to replace them with a new pair but I walked past someone else with this headset and went to check out the specs. It’s a very comfortable headset especially for longer gaming sessions and the audio quality is insane. Definitely a little more up there in price but if you’re not on a budget this is a perfect gaming headset. I’ve had it for some months now and i’ve yet to run into any issues. The quality of the headset is also very sturdy made of a metal of some sort. 10/10 Headset glad I made the switch.

The best headset I’ve come across in a long time, over all the comfort is great. Once you get into the different options when it comes to communication & the amazing sound, the modern built & look wraps it all up into just being an amazing asset to own.

I play on a PS5, purchased the PS plus. Within a year the support broke. At first I looked at these, I should have purchased them from the start. Great sounds and features. I like the convince of using from the PS to the computer. Comfortable and will give me years of use.

Bought these for my bf.. AMAZING he can’t hear a thing I’m saying, def noise canceling, comfortable and battery life last long.

Plugged it in right out of the package and thought normally you let it die first, then charge it up. Ran for 3 days before dying on me. It was amazing. Easy to use from the other headsets I had, and the quality is definitely worth it. Would always recommend a turtle beach product. They set the standard.

The charge Lasts forever in my experience, sound quality is pretty good, mic sounds good as well for a bluetooth heaset for sure, and it charges fully in under 30minutes.

It sounds great, they seem very sturdy. These headphones have many functions i havent needed/used yet. They feel comfortable on my head with glasses on. I definitely word recommend these. I havent been able to use the usb dongle for my denon receiver correctly yet, as Bluetooth.

Feels a tiny bit flimsy but the sound is great and battery as well seriously recomend it i love the mulyi platform ability it helps not to have to buy headsets for all consoles thats a very needy yet miney saving feature if you ask me built a little cheaply but still holds battery is very good charges fast souns good too you cant go wrong with these

Hands down the best value for a wireless headset I have found. This thing is excellent. Bought it for my wife and she prefers wired so she doesn't have to worry about changing. So I took it over and let me say. Other than my sennheiser wired set the sound is absolutely GREAT! The battery life is rediculously awesome.

Love this headset, nice sleek design in the black option. The sound is top notch whether gaming watching a movie or jamming out to your favorites songs. The mic was a big surprise to me, very high quality sounding mic, I’ve gotten multiple compliments on how clear it sounds. Overall a great headset.

Sounds perfect, the clapping force could be a little stronger but for someone who likes a light clap there perfect. For the price I paid I love them.

When playing on my PS5, the headphones lose sound connection at times and it gets very frustrating. The connection flash drive begins blinking very fast and sometimes it takes a while to re-connect. Overall, when connected to my computer, the sound is awesome. I love the different controls and the Superhuman Sound feature that I activate on the SWARM II app. There are 2 flash drives, one for computer and PS5, and one for XBox. I love you can toggle between the 2, although I don't know why someone would be on both consoles at the same time...lol. I highly recommend this headset, just watch out for the loss of sound while playing PS5. I also love the long battery life, up to 80 hours. I don't have to recharge for at close to a week!!! Of course, depends on how much you use it.
