    I bought this headset as a replacement for my Gen 2 whose headphone bracket broke. The Gen 3 resolved this issue by giving it a more reliable way of connecting the headphones to the over-the-head strap thing (I don't know the technical terms). Overall, the Gen 3 seems more sturdy than previous models, the app being easier to use is also plus.

    Quick summary, I've had the previous version for about 1½ yrs but always felt frail until it finally broke. They've fixed that, had the new version for a month and I can tell, obviously, it's lightweight metal. When I first bought I also tried the Logitech same price range I think G9? But night and day these were more 360 for gaming and better clarity than anything I've tried, I play COD. Trust me go Turtle Beach

    Enjoy them thoroughly sometimes they glitch volume control and audio, but all I have to do is reset them great for callouts and Dual listening and wish they cup my ears more and swiveled on the earmuffs

    Great sound, although you have to adjust the equalizer a bit to find the best balance. Same with the mic.

    Have had problems with the ear piece coming off. Sometimes the volume button won’t turn down. Otherwise it is perfect for gaming and communicating.
