The quality of the headset is awesome. Noise cancellation is great and the quality of the sound is perfect. When using the mic the quality is next to none.

I havent owned a pair of Turtle Beach headphones in years due to cheap quality. This is by far the beat headset I have ever owned. Easy set up and no static/interference.

These are the best xbox headsets ive ever had. The only problem with them was that two weeks after I bought them, Bestbuy had a Sale of $30.00 dollars OFF. I lost my receipt but went back to the store. Customer Service looked up my purchase on their computer. Then issued me the $30.00 Refund. I’m so happy that I’ve decided to put the money on another pair of these headsets to keep at my sons house. When I come over on the weekend for a 3-night visit. Well worth the duckets.

Best headset I've found in awhile and use the Turtlr Beach app to adjust it just right. It also comes with an extra battery for easy switch out when needed.

Peefect headset! Only dpwn side is small plastic covers at the base of the heas band both broke within 6 months of using. I have a large head and both plastic bits broke when putting on head.

Not a fan of the battery changing. I understand it if you're gaming for 14 hours straight and the audio dial is neat. Very uncomfortable and the inability to toggle the volumes between game or chat is bad.
