A bit disappointing.

Good thing for the BB warranty plan. overall OK headset. TB has issues currently with downloading the pc app forcing you to use the phone app. I will say if you have a console and PC its the easiest plug and play headset i have ever used.

Great sound, hardware flaws

After about 3 weeks very light use, I found that upon flipping down to unmute, the boom mic did not monitor my voice and my friends could not hear me.

The issues i have with the headset is the battery life and the volume controls. The volume controls do not work 100 percent of the time.
