Won’t pair 3 months later

Have to restart console on order for it to connect. New firmware releases so I update and now it won’t pair with the transmitter. Tried everything. Troubleshooting does not work. Typical turtle beach product.

It disconnects and on occasion the headset and game audio will go out of sync and it will start skipping. The sound is a complete wreck on your ears and the only way to fix it is to restart your headset which can take a good 30 seconds, horrible for competitive gaming.
