Love this lock but the auto unlock works sometimes but everything else works good.

Easy set up. Few times the auto lock disegages and I have to go back into set up to re engage it. The keypad is a bit clunky- since it is in a circular shape it is not easy to quickly put in numbers and it takes about 1 to 3 seconds to register the numbers or finger prints to open. I like the three options to open the door, thumbprint (but only two fingerprints can be coded), keypad, and key. For the most part, it works great.

Decent lock as I have installed a couple for customers with no problems. Bought one for our new house and the bridge says connected but is not connected to the lock and will not operate outside the home. After 5 very rude, unspecific and condescending emails, the problem remains. I tried calling the company and their answering automated system mentioning hours of operation with bad Grammer tells me all I need to know about this company. Avoid this product and company. I must also mention a flaw in the design of this product. When the control panel flips down to access the key option of this lock, the wires that connect the outside portion of the lock to the inside are visible and can easily be tampered with or vandalized.

So far, it’s ok. Too many quirks to recommend though.... Keeps shaking lose while installed because you are not supposed to tighten too much or the bolt mechanism doesn’t work. The bridge is using antiquated technology, so I had to hack my 2 band network just to get it to join. It keeps forgetting family members fingerprints.

This deadbolt was easy to install and has been great for our house. Having individual passcodes for each person is amazing. We were even able to add our cleaning lady and neighbors.

I am writing this review after 3 years of my experience. Overall this product is not as I had expected Setup was easy, remotely controlling the lock needs WiFi adapter which is separate device. The biggest issue that I have seen is battery drainage without even using the device regularly. It just dies without on its own withing a week or two, and I use good duracell batteries and not cheap brand. Still lock eats it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PRODUCT

I purchased an ULTRALOQ U-Bolt Pro Smart Lock + Bridge WiFi Adaptor in 2021 for $200. Now, after 22 months, the fingerprint scan function stops working. I can only open the lock by entering code. The warranty covers only 18 months. Buyers beware!
