This remote is so easy to use, especially considering it replaced the four (four!) remotes we were previously using to control our devices. Be forewarned, though: this remote is expensive and it gets even more so when you consider that you will likely not be able to program it yourself. The Best Buy rep who set it up for us did a great job, but his services did not come cheap.

This remote control definitely makes my life easier. I purchased it because my wife was constantly complaining about having to use so many remotes to control our system. This makes it so much easier and she can use it without constant reeducation. It is not perfect: it does not control everything but it does handle the most important everyday things we ask the system to do. And it has to be programed by experts in the main office of Best Buy so it is not as convenient as it might be. One thing I like is that it is an RF remote so it is not necessary to point it exactly at the infrared signal area.

This remote was pricier than the off-the-rack remotes but it has by far excelled our previous remotes. It is very easy to use. When we had our previous remote, we thought our DVR was malfunctioning but actually, since we are using this product, everything is working perfectly. We highly recommend this remote.

It is a little heavy. But works well. All in one, except for voice command.

The remote works pretty good and is easy to use. My only negative is this is a proprietary product and you must call Best Buy to add or delete a device. You cannot do this yourself so it's $200 each time.

This remote is superb. It is lightning fast and all functions for every device are displayed on the screen. Love the colorful screen icons for all the devices as well.

Bert expensive remote that is very complicated and expensive to program. If you need something like this remote there are very few products out there that work.

Works quite well 90% of the time. Sometimes I have to use the original remotes for the Apple TV and Direct TV, but for the most part it is very good.

Once you figure out not to touch the red button after it is programed it is easy to use.

This remote works as programmed about 55 percent of the time. Other remotes that come bundled with the TV, such as Sony, have been more reliable. The Comcast cable TV remote was also more reliable.

We thought this would replace our other remotes. When the Best Buy tech came out He recommended we keep the individual remotes and not use the universal control.
