My first iPhone. Well, I like it, the camera is good. Fairly easy to use. Battery life not good. The first phone I've had with such short battery life. I know to close things not using etc. . I do like it. Siri is very helpful and useable. Great when driving for calling someone for me.

The iPhone 5S feels like a "pro" phone more than ever, the iPhone equivalent of the MacBook Pro. Its features don't feel as immediately consumer-understandable. For many, the iPhone 5C will do just fine. The biggest wished-for features -- a MacBook Air-level battery life improvement and an even larger screen -- aren't on either new iPhone yet. If you're deep in the Apple ecosystem, the 5S could be the first step toward some new directions. Its improved speed, graphics, and elements of battery efficiency make it a better phone than the iPhone 5, in case you've waited to upgrade. But if you already have an iPhone 5, I'd say it's not a bad year to upgrade to 6/6s or 7.

Ok so I didn't read all the fine print before I purchased. The phone comes with a prepay SIM card. You are required to spend 150.00 on the prepay card as an offset to the reduced price for the phone before you can unlock it. Still not a bad deal overall and you get the Verizon service and coverage. Overall happy with this purchase. Now if I can just get my mom to understand how it works :)

My husband previously had an iPhone 5s so I was already acquainted with its functionality. Since I try to avoid contracts and don't require the latest & greatest among cell phones, I purchased this outright at a great deal and for a prepaid plan. After a month or just over, my phone went out completely though it'd had a descent charge prior. (This happened 2x within a three-month period.) Upon Geek Squad's second diagnostic, it appeared that it had something to do with glitches working out from previous updates. Later found that the glitch also affected my photos not properly uploading to iCloud. However, this was swiftly resolved also with Apple help by phone. Otherwise, I've enjoyed the phone. Descent photos & quality (though not the best for distant shots); good ring & phone tone & reception; good text features & functions; nice already-installed apps variety. Overall quality cell. However, if you "must" have only the best (aka: latest & greatest), then I highly recommend going for a 6 or higher model.

The phone is small and easy to carry or fit in a pocket. Has up to date app's , technology, and easy to use. Great starter phone for a first time user.

Had an iPhone 4s and I think this is just as good. It’s a good phone if you don’t need all the fancy features. I bought one for my son too. Still think it should be a little cheaper when we’re already on an IPhone X

Had no problems hooking the phone up. I will say the best buy employees at my locations are very rude in the phone department. Will not be shopping best buy anymore. But the phone is great.

I purchased this for my teenager. Didn't want to spend 800 dollars on starter phone. I've had them in the past and never had any problems.

Perfect as a a gift or to use as a dedicated business line with its own AppleID, FaceTime, Messages and email address. Keeps business truly separate from personal yet maintains the Apple experience.

Received this phone as a Christmas gift. Took a couple of hours for store to figure out why they couldn't ring it up for me but they eventually did. Glad I had the patience to wait. Best phone ever!!!

Love my Phone. Sorry I waited so long to buy an IPhone. My Children and Grandchildren were right. It is so easy too use. Perfect for me.
