For what it's worth I am a heavy phone user group texting, switching from app to app. The phone just began getting slow or laggy a year after having it. It's an inexpensive sturdy phone the camera is decent. I have glass protector and a light weight plastic case and the phone has survived several hard drops from concrete to Walmart floors. Nothing special about the camera but it takes good pics in outdoor lightening or very bright indoor light

This phone got good ratings from the techies as being excellent for a modest price. With a sale, I paid $59.99 for a new phone, which is pretty awesome! However, I did have some issues with it. I was not getting any call history for incoming calls. Verizon walked me through the fix, which is to clear the storage and data. It happened again, and I found that ALL notifications have to be "on," or green, not just for the display, "Advanced Display>Display over other Apps> Yes. Also, I made "incoming calls" "priority: urgent" and "show while screen is locked." Since I did this, I have not had any other issues. I mainly use this for phone calls, texts, quick check of email. I do not use the camera.

I got this as a second phone with Verizon as my carrier. My t-mobile I-Phone didn't have service at my daughter's new house. So instead of changing my whole plan I bought this phone and a prepaid $40 dollar card for a month of unlimited data and calls. Amazing deal. It really solved my problem plus I can forward my t mobile calls to this phone while I babysit my grandson at my daughters house, since there is NO T-Mobile service here.

Talk and text plan, kind of felt a little obligated i had a hard time shopping for phone to post this, Buy this instead of going online and searching new and refurbished phones good operating system Ram processing for price, Google play store for apps everything you need here for a very reasonable price, wiish i would have spared myself the shopping process and just did this right away, only advice when activating do with strong wireless connection many updates can take a long time without, thank you

It's got a nice, vibrant screen, passable camera, and enough features loaded in to get you through your day. I have 3 kids who mainly use my Apple devices, but are able to pick this up and use it without asking for my help. The interface is intuitive, and isn't bogged down with an incredible amount of bloatware. The Android skin is pretty bare-bones, so it's close to pure android. Overall I'd say this is a solid purchase if you're looking to get in with Verizon Prepaid.

Our daughter is very hard on phones. She has destroyed iPhones, Samsung phones, and many others that we bought on our plan, then we discovered these pay-as-you-go phones. They are decent phones that hold up to abuse very well, and at around $70 a phone, we're saving a lot on insurance and phone repairs (the phone is cheaper than a repair or insurance).

Not as good as my e4 Moto. The fingerprint reader is on the back of the phone. Also hard to get out of the screen that you are on. Has too many pre-installed apps that take up most of the 16 gigs of storage. Camara is an upgrade.

This phone is easy to use, nothing complicated, but does everything that I need a phone to do. The camera takes nice clear pictures. I like mine so well I bought one for my son too.

Bought this to replace a phone that was 5 times the price. Got tired of paying so much for a phone. This one works great - and is cheap! Sure, you sacrifice some computing power, but who cares? I am just using phone, text, email, calendar and a browser. Plenty fast/powerful for these needs. Love the fact that it has very little bloatware.

I don't do contract phones. So I have prepaid service through Verizon, and recently I needed to get a new phone as my Moto E4 was on its last legs. This is a great replacement phone with many of the same features throughout just like my Moto E4. Easy to use and transfer data between Motorola phones. Highly recommend!

This device displays the quality expected from Motorola devices. I have dropped and sat on this phone a few times. No breaks or bent phones. Comes with all the essential apps needed for everyday tasks. Camera takes a good picture. Charges fast as well.

I have used this phone for about 10 days now and so far so good. I am not a heavy phone user. I don't use it for games or work, just watch videos, texts, calls and occasional GPS. This phone fits the bill. Nothing fancy but a good, solid, cheap, basic phone.

We bought this to replace our daughter's phone but Verizon has not helped us fix getting the prepaid service restored. Told us to buy another phone. We paid about $110 for the phone, case and screen protector. Best Buy is great help every time we shop! Never a problem!
