Over 2 months delivery and order mistakes

Unfortunately, terrible experience. We purchased this 2 months ago. It took a month to be delivered. And when it came, it was the wrong one. The representative at Best Buy had to keep reordering but they kept canceling the order. Eventually, the order went through, but now it is going to take another month for the correct one to arrive. Meanwhile, the wrong one has been sitting in the middle of our kitchen, uninstalled and unused, blocking the way, and noone picked it up eventhough return pickup was scheduled. Still don't have the correct fridge. it's very frustrating.
