    I’ve had my smart tv for less than 2 years. It started out good although the sound quality is not that great nothing a sound bar couldn’t fix I guess. But it brings me to say that now the sound and picture freezes up periodically. I tried to resolve myself I’m a little savvy but it continues to do it. I thought it was my cable service but I narrowed it down to being the tv itself. Too late to return and warranty expired. I had a vizio when they first came out and the eye stopped working so I’m pretty sure I won’t be buying another vizio. Oh and the smart one I bought doesn’t have built-in Bluetooth another disappointment.

    Well, our TV in the living room died suddenly the other day. The screen had been growing darker over time, but I was hesitant to replace it because I wsn't crazy about the idea of going into the store. But like I said, it died suddenly, so there was no choice. I went into the store midday on a weekday. The store was not busy. I was greeted by a guy with an IPad who signed me in and told me to wait and someone would be over to the TV section soon. I browsed for half an hour and no one ever came. I eventually went back to the front and found the AT&T salesman. I asked him what do you have to get service here? He walked me back to a register where two young employees were just standing there. He told them I needed help and the guy at the register said he would help me. I asked the Best Buy employee why I had had to wait so long if they were not even busy? He responded in true Best Buy employee fashion, "I don't know." Anyway, I told him what I wanted and after looking at a few TV's I bought a Vizio. The last two TV's I had bought had been Samsungs. I also bought a soundbar as well because the sound on flatscreens can be mediocre. I took my TV home and within the hour it was up and running. The picture quality is great. Blue Ray movies look really crisp and Hi Def. I am very pleased with my purchase.

    Small bugs at first cause I'm not much of a tech guy but checked out youtube solved them quick change of some settings it's good tv nice picture good sound videogames look great love having multiple apps for movies an shows I work alot so tv is a nice relaxing way to end the day thanks so much best buy an your team also it arrived a day or two earlier then expected thanks so much

    Great picture quality. Colors are accurate and the display is crisp and bright. The menu is HORRIBLY slow, though. The menus are infuriating because the TV takes several seconds to react to button presses. I’m constantly thinking the button press didn’t register, so I’ll press it again, and then again. Suddenly the menu will catch up and it will jump three or four items over, when I only wanted to move one. B+ for the picture quality, D- for navigating menus, Netflix, Hulu, etc... For the extremely low price, I’m reasonably happy with it in my rarely used guest bedroom.

    The picture is good but I'm disappointed in Smartcast. It's so slow and doesn't seem to work with our wifi very well. That might be a wifi issue, I don't know. We still use our Roku and we're doing fine.

    This tv has great color and is very user friendly. The only issue I have had with it is while watching Hulu live. It gets a little glitchy. Almost like its buffering. It doesn't do this while watching my apple tv. Overall a great tv.

    Good value for the money. The product does not come with a users manual. I had difficulty connecting a separate sound bar as there were no instructions. I called Vizio customer service who told me that it was not possible to control a sound bar with my Direct TV remote and that the only way to control it was with the remote control that was provided with the TV. (This remote is very small and black in color and therefore hard to see when in a darkened room) I called Direct TV who had originally installed the TV to see if they could help. They sent their representative back to my house and he connected the sound bar with control from the Direct TV remote. Now it works fine. I

    Tv looks great for running my PC and PC games on it . Very clean and smooth picture . Smart TV portion is good but can lag a bit . Tv has locked up on the smart TV side once or twice . Overall fits my needs greatly

    I don't know where to begin, this TV constantly amazes me with its technology and abilities. The chromecast features are fantastic. The apps allow you stream more content than you could watch. Netflix, Hulu, YouTube are but a few of the apps programmed on the TV. Its worth 3x what I paid for it. The speakers are not great, so bought a sound bar to get better volume and bass. The picture is great and will not disappoint.

    Pretty easy set-up, picture is good, only a few tech glitches so far. There are more and more apps and subscription services I want access to on the tv, and only having buttons for some of them is weird.

    I am very satisfied with the TV, good picture, sound etc. but the remote is very hard to use. You must press buttons several times before it responds especially the channel changer. The remote on my 12 year old Vizio was much better.

    Good TV for the money. Easy to set up, good picture. Tinny speakers so get a soundbar if you like good audio. Also, it's missing some key apps that I use, and I have yet to find a way to download them. I checked online for solutions but the first step in all of them is using Smartcast and the "V" button on the remote, neither of which I can do. Also, there is the remote-to-tv lag that everyone else mentions, which is an annoyance.

      This TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device.     I really am enjoying my 40" LED Vizio Smart TV.. It is just the right size for my viewing in my bedroom. It has a great picture and the color and contrast is great. It has great features as access to lots of channels with lots of variety. It also has access to several apps such as Netflix and Amazon. You can easily stream movies and shows. It also has a built in Chromecast so you can cast from apps.
