    Earc stopped working after 5 months, barely used. Vizio impossible to contact. I had this sound bar for my entertainment room and it has prob less and 40 hours of actual use on it .. worked fine and one day the Earc no longer works.. Spent Hours trying to solve the problem and I am a engineer. Decided to try and bite the bullet and contact vizio but when you get to the part they ask for a receipt it will literally deny any upload . I have tried 5 different pictures of the receipt under 5 different formats. This literally feels designed ignore you. When it worked it was great but now I have a Oled TV and a useless 500 dollar soundbar. and yes both the TV and sound bar were on a UPS. Beyond Fustrated

    5.1.2 Dolby Atmos for only $500 cant beat it. Definitely recommended

    Not equal too all the reviews. Dialog adjustment doesn't really help to hear speaking over action. Volume has to be turned up over halfway. Easy setup and great surround sound

    When I first got this bar, it worked perfect. But in 7 days it's gone from working great to barely working. What changed? I have no idea. But now it has trouble detecting sources, won't turn on with the TV, won't adjust volume with the TV remote, is randomly causing a delay for video game consoles, and most special, detects audio for 5-8 seconds, and then kills the signal. Most of these issues are fixed by turning the bar on and off a few times or power cycling...but who wants to bother to do that?! Shouldn't it just work as intended? If you had to plug and unplug your TV every time you wanted to listen to it I'm returning the bar and buying a different one. The whole appeal of soundbars is simplicity, and that's gone with the issues of this bar. A shame because the sound quality is great.

    Keeps disconnecting from the TV very frustrating. I have to reboot the fire tv in order to work numerous times when in use.

    An impressive package. Pretty much all you could expect from a sound bar, and more! Sometimes the HDMI CEC connection gets a little hung up, but nothing too bad. Hard to beat at this price point. You’ll want to turn the subwoofer down, as many others have pointed out.

    This system would be so much better if it were completely wireless. Having to run wires everywhere is a pain and if one of the wires falls out of the subwoofer nothing works. It has been persnickety and if you compare it to the Sonos system we have, Sonos wins hands down. This is complicated to pair and set up and really does not project voices very well. It is not a product we would purchase again. Think we will stick with Sonos. Wish we could turn this in towards a new Sonos System. You get what you pay for.
