Showed up with a non-working surround speaker. Spent over an hour on a call with support stepping through the same troubleshooting steps over and over even though it was clearly a bad speaker. They were unable to send me a replacement surround speaker and require you to pack up the whole system and send it back. My interactions with support tainted my entire experience with Vizio and overshadowed a soundbar that seems to have good imaging and power although obviously I can't comment on the surround capabilities. So while I might recommend the product, I'm not sure I would recommend Vizio.

I would give it 5 stars if it worked all the time... BUT keeps disconnecting itself and cant reconnect until it randomly decides to work. Usually works with YouTube but very rarely works with hbomax, hulu or netflix. Very irritating and not worth the money

Great sound quality but lacking basic features such as wifi connectivity. Also the remote is terrible and the app cannot be used because of lack of wifi.

Very finicky, when it works it's ok, If I had to rate it I'd say 6.9/10
However, sometimes audio will be out of sync or just sound off. Which will require me to get up & power cycle by hand. I tried to update firmware but that didn't work because I think my flash drive is too large....IDK

The system sounds great, but it’s not worth buying due to all of the connection issues we have had. Even after updating the firmware, we still have issues with keeping the connection to the TV. I would return this if I could.

Sounds great, but works less than a year. Bought it on Black Friday deal in Nov 2022 and start intermittently not working about 10 months after that. Had to unplug and reset system every month or so up until now (March 2024). All of a sudden it is failing multiple times a day. Last reset lasted about 2 minutes before failure. Best Buy and/or Vizio need to make it right.

not as good as I expected, rear speaker are barely noticeable unless you are right next to them. I am looking for a replacement after a couple of years of use. for the performance, over priced.

It was great for the first 18 months, but then I started having connection issues with the subwoofer, so I tried a firmware update, and now it won’t connect to the subwoofer at all.

At about twice the price of my old system that onky had the sound bar and sub. This system has much better/clearer sound. The added rear speakers make the surround sound so much better. For what this system is, and how much it costs its been amazing!
