Satellite speakers stopped working after a couple months. Updated firmware, tested all the connections, bought new RCA cables. They just stopped working
The subwoofer is limited in how long the bass can be turned down. It's an issue if you live in an apartment. So i have my subwoofer on a bookshelf with a towel under it and it is still loud

It sound great, but the sound bar has a few issues. Mainly, the right side of the soundbar would buzz loudly, even when it was off. I had connected it to my pc and passed through to my TV. But annoyingly, whenever the TV would turn the sound bar via CEC, i would have to manually select my last input (would never default to last selected source).
Ither than that it sounds great!

Terrible soundbar. DO NOT BUY. I had high expectations based on other reviews and was sadly disappointed. I had to get a full replacement unit after only two months of use. I was ok with that and figured the replacement would right the issues. However, it did not. The sound quality is poor, the volume has to be cranked to 70-80% for descent sound, the sound bar loses connection to the input source constantly and it doesn't turn on/off with the tv. I have a $150 samsung soundbar that is 10 years old and far superior to this piece of junk.

WORST SERVICE I have received till date. Please read this before buying. I initially received a damaged product from Best-Buy which had the following issues:
1. Packaging was damaged on the sides, product was not perfectly placed in the package.
2. The sound bar did not start on connecting to a power source.
3. The installation guide was missing in the package.
When I reached out to Best-buy which took me some time to get a live agent on chat, I got a replacement order scheduled. Next day, the replacement scheduled order was cancelled by Best Buy WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION. Now they expect me to carry that huge package to an UPS store for it to be returned wasting my time and resources for a refund. What a joke!
Addition: I spoke to another representative to request for a replacement order and not the produce price has increased by $100 since the a discount deal is no longer available. All this after wasting more than a couple hours.

This soundbar disconnects a lot. I have Sony Bravia A80J and this soundbar often lose the connection with the tv. In the end had to restart the tv.

Good when it works...audio from HDMI in completely stops working once the system is powered off for a bit. Purchased yesterday and has happened 100% of the time. Switching apps in the Nvidia Shield causes cracking/popping noises. Was hoping all the horror stories were exaggerated and went against my better judgement to buy Vizio. Looks like they were right...will be returning immedately

Hello Duck, thank you for taking time to leave us your feedback today. When looking to get better dialogue from the sound bar, there are a few settings and adjustments that can help. The dialogue typically comes from the center speaker of the sound bar when the person speaking is centered on screen. The Center and Dialogue settings would be the first settings I would suggest to adjust. There is also a TruVol setting, this will help to balance out the volume and help prevent sudden jumps typically found when going to a commercial and then back to the show you are enjoying. Great sound however it has one problem it’s not very good when watching a movie! Specifically the dialogue cannot be heard unless the volume is way up and this causes any background music or sound to be ear splitting. I have contacted Vizio several times and while they are very helpful the issue hasn’t been resolved and they now suggest return the sound bar for repair.
