Horrible experience, they shipped and left the sound system on my porch that isn’t cover in a puddle, while pouring rain.
Then they schedule me for a replacement and cancel it.
Never relying on best buy to ship something.

Sorry I bought it. Lacks any real depth of sound. Not as good sounding as my previous $150 sound bar. Voices only heard clearly when on the movie setting. Would have returned and purchased a better one, but didn't have a chance to set up right away so missed the 15 day return they told me I had.

It worked fine for about a week then I had no sound at all Geek squad came out and fixed it. The very nextday the sound was gone again
no sound after two weeks. geek squad came out looked at it and told me I had to take it back to the store that I bought it from. When I did they told me it would take 3 to 4 weeks.

I try this out and did not like the way the subwoofer lost its powered to perform.i have both 2.1 m series and v series subwoofer sounds great but try both m and v series 5.1 and m series that had had more speakers.did not preform even when adjusting settings in the the control.I guess it’s personal preference.but it did not do the job for me.

This was my 3rd attempt for Vizio. I bought two other that I was not happy with decided to upgrade to this sound bar and was treated to yet another lack luster performance. If I was forced to settle with this sound bar then it’s be whatever. I’d keep it for a few years and then go with a different brand once I’m ready to upgrade.

We bought this to use with our Sony X90J and it has never really worked just right. Sometimes it doesn't power on with the tv and sometimes I have to switch inputs until it finally connects to HDMI EARC. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Vizio not working.

It stopped working after a week. The rear speakers barely or never work. Called vizio support finally got them to send me a replacement after many back n forth. Replacement will be used though i was told.

The soundbar sounds great for Atmos content but any other content (even 5.1 surround input) sounds incredibly tinny and treble heavy. Turning off the Atmos height speakers helps but that defeats the entire point of the soundbar's features. The soundbar has only can be configured via the tiny screen on the remote so changing settings is difficult and there was no way to assign presets to different input modes.

For the price this is pathetic... sounds like a tin can. VERY little base. The satelite speakers dont get louder than a whisper. I dont understand how "professionals" review this so highly. Its trash.

Purchased and returned twice. Left rear speaker consistently has audible cracking which was surprising given the reviews of this soundbar and my last experience with Vizio hardware. After returning the first to try again and experiencing the same issue, I'm pretty disappointed in the quality of current Vizio hardware.

This sound bar looks good but if you have a Sony tv don’t buy. I did and tv could see sound bar but bar would never connect. Tried customer service and that was a joke. Basically was told it was my fault it wasn’t working.

Product was not as described with wires worn through. Worked initially, but about 30 days after purchase the rear surround speakers started cutting in and out, eventually they stopped working all together.
