I will admit I didn’t like the TV at first and I was wanting to return the TV. It took me a while to get use to the 4K. At first I didn’t see the quality of the picture because there is not a lot of 4K content. I honestly felt like my 8 year old 52” Phillips HD showed better picture. I then looked up 4K videos on YouTube and that is when I saw how beautiful the picture was and I fell in love!! The TV gets used for cable, Netflix, and PS4. Gaming looks amazing! Cartoon movies look amazing! I haven’t watched anything that is 4K from Netflix. (You can search 4K on Netflix). I did Google picture setting and it helped me adjust the color to my liking. The only thing I do not like is that the SmartCast app is your remote for the TV. I did see somewhere where you can get a Vizio remote for free but you have to pay shipping and handling. I have the TV paired with my Vizio soundbar and subwoofer. It is the perfect pair! We enjoy movie nights at our house!!

This is a very nice television. I work for a General Contractor, and we purchased this TV along with an AppleTV and mounted it on a rolling TV stand. The Project Managers use it in their meetings to display what they have pulled up on their laptop or other mobile devices, and it works perfectly! The picture is very crisp, and handles text and images flawlessly.

For the money, this tv was beyond my expectations. This 65 inch tv has a slightly better picture than my 50 inch Hatachi. For quite a bit more money, you could get a few more bells and whistles, which you probably would not need, I would highly recommend this tv.

The fact that we could connect our other gadgets to watch our fave movies online and my son could even play his games is so awesome. We love how big the screen is and how we could watch all the details because of that. My kids says that we're like watching in the movie house.

I visited Best Buy to take son-in-law for purchase of living room TV and two for children's room. And I made a purchase myself with vizio 65" and sound bar. Great deal and still satisfied with products. I'm also taking my sister this week for her home intertament set.

Saw this TV in the weekly ad for $779. Wow seems like a great price for a 65" 4k! My 55" Samsung plasma from 2011 has seen better days. Mild screen burn in. Otherwise was a great tube. Anywho, I have no problem with this TV not having a tuner or even that the remote may have been better left out completely (small, maybe 10 buttons total) TV setup was easy. Even though I already have Chromecast I will say the native casting stability was tremendous on this TV. Where things started to go bad is when the black screens looked cloudy and greyish. It. Looked. Awful. When it wasn't showing a black screen the colors looked nice! No matter how good Netflix Breaking Bad 4K looked, I couldn't get past the cloudy black screen syndrome. Vizio customer support was great. They agreed to do on-site replacement but at that point I couldn't chance it. I went back to the store and the young man who assisted me had me in a Sony in a short period of time. For me, spending the extra money for a premium television experience is worth it. If this didn't have the cloudy black screen syndrome I would rate it fairly well for an ENTRY level 4K TV.

Great reception with brilliant color and graphics! Easy to operate and the price point is perfect! It's nice and sleek and large enough to read the rolling score on the bottom of news and sports shows! The picture is very precise and my husband especially likes watching all of his sports on it and very nice for watching movies! Sound is exceptional as well.

The picture on this home theater display is pretty outstanding, it was every bit as good as similar models from other manufacturers that I viewed in the store. Also, the size offers a lot of value at this price point. I'm a little disappointed in the Chromecast setup, as it would have been nice to have a more traditional set of Smart features, although it is nice to be able to cast Youtube from my phone onto the big screen. It's a nice feature, but I wish there were more Smart apps. The lack of a remote is adapted to fairly easily, as it will respond to remote signals from cable boxes, etc, and you can install the app on a smart phone or tablet. There is a power button on the rear, which is the only function that I find myself actually needing a remote for this display.

If you don't need a built in tuner and don't mind the remote on a tablet or phone you cannot beat the price or quality. I have had Vizio in the past and have always been satisfied and this is no different. I do wish the included remote had more features, but as far as apps, if you can get it on your phone or tablet you can cast anything to the display. Set up was kind of a hassle at first, but I don't like reading directions!

I've had the Display for about a month and love the clarity and size. The weird thing about this display, is that it is just that... It's not really a "smart" TV as most units are, however it does include Chromecast, so you can use an app on your phone or tablet to stream content. We use it with TIVO, AppleTV and rarely stream, and it is pretty awesome. The Remote control that came with it is MINIMAL - Picture mode, source, volume is about all it does. But we use a smart remote that paired with it great, and I use the app on my phone as well.

So far I've been very happy with the TV. I'm pretty picky as far as image quality, etc, and have been pleasantly surprised at how much bang you get for the buck with this set. I would highly suggest calibrating the screen once you get it home, as it really allows the TV to shine. My one gripe is with the remote. I really wish you didn't have to use an app to make adjustments to the TV, etc. I understand that people may like the look of the minimalist remote...and it is cool... But for someone who really wants to get into the settings in the TV etc, the app can be cumbersome.

When we bought this tv, it made us get digital satellite service. Picture and ease of use is amazing.

The picture quality is great, but I hate the remote. It has almost no features because they want you to use your smart phone or tablet to control the TV. The interface is not intuitive. A regular smart TV remote would be way better.

I love the TV it'd big great picture an for the price a great buy. The sound is ok for itself ,however I bought a soundbar which I recommend to get the full experience. The only drawback and its a big one! The TV must be controlled by your phone and its only a smart TV in coalition with your phone. There is no program or apps built into the TV like all other smart TVs it uses your phone an the vizio app to make itself a smart TV. Which I'm sure is saving the company a lot of money but an inconvenience to me. It took forever to get the vizio app an TV to sync and if someone is over an you aren't home you basically took the remote an smart TV option with you lol. But the built in Google casting is awesome . would be perfect score if not for the phone app TV portion !

Awesome picture, I got this on a open box deal, anything about a display including talking to help in store to see if it had cast so I could mirror my smartphone, and never no mention of a display, the term T.V. was used on every spoken word, get home get it hung and NO T.V. that evening other than watched a movie by improvise, as I learned this is a display and there is no tuner so no place to screw on a coax, read that this will become more popular because of streaming and all that jazz. called the store next morning, was gonna return but it was an $90 made right tuner box so now I am in business and very happy thus far. Awesome picture, good features.

This "tv" is a rather good choice for some one who does not need to change much. If all your switching is coming from your Home theater anyway then this is a great option for you. If you like to tweak things, and you have coax inputs this is not the winner for you. Cons: It has the most basic 5 button remote i have ever seen. i actually thought my Employee was joking when he showed me the remote the first time i saw this tv. Pros: very good price for a good quality picture.
