Contacted support and they exchanged set with a new one and the it had the sane problem They then sent a repairman to replace the motherboard of the second tv set and that fixed tge problem but after 3 weeks the same problem occurred again. It seems that this is a design flaw which occurs only when Eco power mode is selected. Having TV turn on at all times of the day or night is a real pain. I definitely do not recommend this product

However, it inexplicably turns itself on from time to time after it has been powered down for minutes or hours. Also, it will freeze up occasionally and the controls won't work, either for the sound, or the channels, or the power off. I have to unplug and reboot. I wish I had bought the cheaper TV. At least if it acted like this, I would figure it was because I bought a cheap TV.
