More complex than our previous set of these phones, but by far, we like them better than another brand we have been using. The VTech ones did hold up well in the past. Then we borrowed a set of another brand, which were ok, but just didn't quite like them enough. Hence we bought the new set of VTech.

Bought these for my 83 year old mother. She really likes them and there is enough units for each of her rooms.

Fabulous phone system!! Blocking all the robo calls and telemarketing the phone doesn't even ring!! Only way I know is I see the light blinking on top of handset and a missed call.

I am extremely happy with this answering system and five handset telephones. The messages are crystal clear; the handsets have large numbers and callers are announced on the second ring. Each handset has a light at the top to illuminate its location in the house. You can't go wrong with this VTech system.

Bigger screens and font than our old set we bought MANY years ago. I was disappointed that these units used the exact same batteries that our old set used. Good clear sound, I have not tried to see how far out into the yard I could go yet.

Great set at a great price. Feature are plentiful. Can't say much else.

Works great - easy to program. Love the ‘Block Call’ feature. Also ‘silent’ feature.

Great phone sound quality excellent big numbers on screen all around super phone, but the stupid big light up part on top of phone makes it look dum may be great when you have a message but just looks like a big thumb sticking up.

Fairly easy to set up. I enjoy the ability to screen incoming calls.

Range is excellent and product has good functions. BUT the handsets have numbers only and cannot be named (like den, etc.). So had to print 6 labels & tape to back of each handset and base. Tacky fix to something V-Tech should make programmable.

Works just like it should. We have the units throughout the house and they all work fine. I like the talking caller ID which lets me know who is calling even if the phone is across the room. Very simple to connect my cell to the system so that I can answer any calls to my cell from any of the phones in the house.

Overall okay. Good phone for smart call block. But disappointed that the backlight does not include the button pushed to initiate/answer or the button pushed to hang up. Previous phone from competitor has all buttons backlit so expected the same. My 91 year old mom was very disappointed. If sleeping when the phone rings, difficult for her to focus and find the button to push. Backlight and large buttons were two criteria in our selection and no where did we read about any buttons not included. Probably our bad, if we had realized this, it might have caused us to select a dif phone. Outside of this, phone performs as expected. In hindsight, maybe too tech of a phone for a 91 year old. She’s afraid to touch many of the buttons. Too bad this phone isn’t a more basic cordless phone with smart block added.

Clear sound. Work well. My only negative comment is that when it announces from caller ID it only does it on the main unit and not the handsets as well. This replaces an old Panasonic set.

Great range, clear sound, excellent battery life.

My first VTech and so far so good! Very clear and callers don't tell me my talk is breaking up any longer. Feels good to hold, great speaker phone and larger info display.

Like most current electronics, instructions for older adults are not always easy to follow. But, I did have excellent service when Support was contacted

I bought these as a Christmas gift for my parents. My Mom loves the spam blocker. I like that the base announces who is calling allowing my Mom to decide if she wants to get up and answer the phone. Also the display on the base and the phones are large enough for older folks to read.

Love these phones. We’re able to connect are cell phones to the system which is handy when we’re home. I had an issue with the time display, after contacting support I got a quick response and solved the problem.
