What can I say it’s a house phone nothing more nothing less. I needed a phone and pretty much this was the only option I had. On the plus side it was easy to install.

Looked forward to a new good quality phone since we just moved outside cell service areas. It came quickly, we got them all hooked up, but the main base wouldn't pair with the handset. We tried the fixes, nothing, I tried online, nothing, so I called the helpdesk. They said that's a common issue with refurbished phones where the base doesn't doesn't match the handset; they aren't the original pair. Um, I bought this as a brand new unit? Needless to say, their fixes wouldn't work either so after all that I have to pack it all back up and send it back or drive to town to the story. What a pain.

I bought it for my 99 year old mom. She cannot figure out how to use it and the lady who is living in her house won't give it back

This is my second phone in past year and the other broke right away. Let’s see if this works out. Best Buy is just a great store never have had problems here at gulfgate Best Buy
