If you are looking for a very basic cordless phone set this will work for you. I bought this for my mother and she ended up getting a different set.

Sound quality of outgoing mess poor. Ringer choices inferior. Just needed a phone to take messages on a land line that is seldom used. Serves the purpose

The quality of the sound is not good. Have to be close to base to hear the other phone line. Returned it a week later.

I wish it were easier to just do stuff on the phone, I have to read instructions to be able to do it. Navigation on the phone to retrieve messages, etc. are difficult.

Tbh, I’v had issues with getting my phone connected with my phone company so I haven’t been able to use them.

For minimal landline usage, you can't beat the price or sound clarity of these phones.

Purchased for elderly relative wanting to keep a land line phone. Ringer is loud enough and connections are clear. Buttons could be larger.

The phone worked great. The only bad thing about it is the ring. Is not strong enough for a noisy (normal) environment.

The Best Buy website mislead us in purchasing incompatible accessory handsets for the base unit. We purchased the VTECH CS5119-2 Base Unit and wanted two additional accessory handsets. The Best Buy Website offers you accessory insight in their 'often bundled together' section of the ordering site. I took for granted that Best Buy would have only recommended an accessory handset that would be compatible with the base unit. Now I'm left with the headache of having to return the incompatible handsets and ordering the correct ones. Ironically, the Best Buy website does not even carry the accessory handset for the base-unit I purchased from their website. I usually have a very positive experience with Best Buy ordering. Unfortunately, this was a train wreck of an experience.

Ok for price nothing more nothing less as petty as it sounds I'd rather have more color options to choose from

Phone gave us some trouble hooking up...even though we have used this brand before with no issues.

Disappointed that phone does not blink for missed call or voicemail. Would not purchase again.

I bought this phone for 911 calls only as we mostly use cell phones. The buttons are stiff and recessed making them hard to use. The phone is a bit awkward feeling. Sound quality is so-so. The upside is that it doesn't feel cheaply made.

Could be louder but not bad. Nice style and color but needs upgrade on the ring tone part is a little but to low

I needed the device to focus on a scree ~9 1/2 x 12 inches in size. It did not. It does not read jpeg file directly. One must first put it on a computer screen and and pass that through the QKK device to project onto a screen.

Phone is ok receiver is alittle statically, and doesn't hold a charge long.

No problems seem to hold charge but we have had these phone prior does not last past three years. But who really uses a house phone?

Ok phone, only complaint is trying to get through menu selections is difficult having to use to different buttons for selecting.

I bought these for my niece and her husband. They work well but are just so so in blocking out interference. Good for the price.

Definitely works well for the price we pay. But sound quality could better when compared to other brands
