The product needs to be redesign and much easier for senior citizens to work the phone

Serves the purpose of having a landline. I do like the paging feature to help find the phone if it is not on the base.

Not the best but not the worst, average rating. Needed phone for a land line so this had to do.

Did not work as expected. Forgot what the issue was however, it was priced right

It’s not so easy to program as the booklet says. Also the phone book doesn’t show the name of your contacts

The phone has static and the buttons are sticky. But It wasn't an expensive phone, so I guess we got what we paid for.

We wound up returning the item because it did not have all the features we wanted or needed for my mother.

You got to read the manual lots of features to look into it.

The phone is great in sound my grandma says she hears clear with it.

Cheaply made phone with poor sound quality. The loudness on phone is not adequate. Very disappointed as I loved our previous Vtech phones but when I replaced the batter the phone exploded in my ear. I was afraid to use any of the batteries I had previously purchased so I decided to buy new phones, but I went too cheap. No speaker on these and unable to answer another call if you are on the line when the call comes in.

Been good quality phones. Dropped a couple times and haven’t broke.

Fairly good, but not not utterly satisfactory. Quality should be more reliable.

It does the job but cannot figure how to erase and save name and numbers.

The phone do not set on the base good to stay charged up ..

They are decent phones, nothing spectacular or special.

This is a great phone. We have several and enjoy them all.
