Very Disapointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I returned the AT&T phones I bought because calls were dropping, reception was poor, and the the batteries wouldn’t hold a charge. I had had V-tech before and thought these would be great. The V-tech phones were just as bad. I was so disappointed by their terrible performance. I settled on Panasonic. I recommend you do the same.

Not what I thought it was

I wanted to just record my outgoing message And hit the button when I got home. This made me go thru provider and too complicated for me. It’s brand new but useless to me.

Dead after 17 days

I tried to return to Best Buy , manager didn't accept it since it was more than 14 days. Called customer service of the company, asked lots of details, original box etc..

Vtech wanted mne to return to them so they could look into "why". I didn't purchace to have the manufactor fix their PROBLEMS.!!!!!!!!!
