Buttons are to small and hard to hold. Would not buy again.

The phone functions as it should to make/receive calls. However, the sound was scratchy at times. Very bad lighting made it hard to read the call information on the screen.

Great phone system at value pricing! Multiple features available, but user manual required to access - not intuitive. Convenient when working around the house and don't want to run to the phone when it rings.

The phones were very easy to set up after taking them out of the box. They have worked very well and I would not hesitate to recommend them for other customers. A great product for a good price. Highly recommend them.

Came back after a few months of using the CS 6919-16 only to not find it on the BB site. I figure the CS5119 is the replacement...I have been using this phone as my "home office phone" since the work from home COVID-19 mandate. Using speaker phone mostly and the people on the other end say they can hear me fine. I haven't used it for more than 1.5 hrs on speaker phone, but no battery issues, which I would expect after a certain amount of time due to speaker phone typically using much more charge than in just push-to-the-ear mode. Happy with the purchase.

This phone has all the features that I needed and was looking for. The handset’s slim design is perfect for ease in holding and it is lightweight, which is another good feature. The lighted led screen makes it easy to read, even in the dark. That’s especially helpful when viewing Caller ID information. The speaker phone, another feature I use often, is loud and clear. Another feather I find helpful is the name and number phone directory. This is very useful when calling certain numbers frequently, eliminating the need to remember them. The instructions for setting up the various features allowed me to get my phone up and running in a timely fashion.

Excellent phone for the money. I have another cordless phone in the house and surprisingly neither phone interferes with the other.

I love the color and the design of this phone. The features I like most are the caller ID, the speaker phone component and clarity for viewing missed call numbers. I would highly recommend it.
