Everything is just fine with the phones. The battery lasts a long tine if you forget to charge it and the ringer is really loud. Sometimes I do wish I could turn the call volume up more because calls are a little quiet sometimes.

I purchased this phone as a housewarming gift. I wanted a two phone system at an affordable price and this is it! I went to a different retailer that had a one phone system for the same price and it was a generic brand. I'll stick with Best Buy.

Great system, easy to set up, very inexpensive but looks great and works like it should. Just what was needed for other areas of the house.

Nice phone with nice features but if you aren't real tech savvy, which I'm not you will have to have someone connect all the features for you. The directions are really very very confusing without a help desk number on them that I was ever able to locate. I had to actually call my IT person in to connect and setup the features and even he was a little baffled at one point. I'd only recommend to a friend with a FYI about the difficulty and lack of clear directions for setup. Advising them to beware!!!!

It’s a good product. The volume even on high is low. The call button seems to be damaged. I haven’t had time from work to return the item. Thank you for listening!

But this phone to use for landline in case of emergencies. Do not use it for voicemail but it comes in handy. The range within the house when off the handset is pretty good upstairs and downstairs.

Yes, I am someone who still has a landline. I needed a new phone to replace another basic VTech I've had for over 15 years. This phone has all of the features I need and find useful. I hope this phone lasts as long as the last.

would be great if it blocked unwanted calls but like it lights up at night.just needed a cheap since storm took off last phone but forgot i needed call blocking for all the annoying phone calls you dont want to hear.

I was looking for an inexpensive phone to replace my old A.T.&T cordless phone. This came with two handsets and all the features I needed. Long battery life between charges, ring and volume settings with plenty of adjustments work great for me.

Good quality phone and easy to use. I can tranfer the phone from one place to another.
