I’m so tired of black and silver phones. I also ordered along with one extra handset. Everything is working great. I have no problems with these phones. Calls come in clear. Ringer is adjustable, thank goodness. I usually have it off. There is an indicator light which lets me know the line is in use.

Then told me I needed to buy a cord to plug it in. Usually they come with one. He refused to let us check in the box. I bought the cord, opened the box when I got home, there was a cord, so I had to make a trip just to return it.

Got a great deal from Best Buy with all their promotions! The V-Tech works similar to the AT&T, but I really miss the red flashing light that the old phone had to tell me there was a voice mail. With this model, I have to pick up the handset and look at the tiny screen. Before, I cpuld tell from across the room.
