It has been a great purchase. She likes the larger number keys and simple design. The speaker phone and volume controls work great and help hear to hear callers better. Very happy with this buy at Best Buy.

The phone will ring but I can’t hear anything, not even a dial tone. This phone is horrible and Best Buy did nothing for me, I have got to contact the manufacturer.
