Have been looking for a low-cost, but reliable cordless phone system. This one fit the bill. However, the ability to hold a charge is a bit less than I had hoped for.

This phone works pretty well. I had one before, so decided to buy the same brand.

Needed a landline. I appreciate Best Buy carrying this.

The phones work great for basic phone use. I've had a few calls that would hang up the call and I couldn't hear my other party, but now it's great.

Phone has phone book and speaker. So far no complaints.. you can never go wrong with VTech. The color is pretty good.. it stands out and not easily forgotten. Speaker works good.

A bit old school but works fine if you still need an analog phone line for some reason. Still works ok but had to replace battery which was about $30

Does best buy make shipping arrangements for handicap people? When shipment is delivered at my home, never ring the bell nor knot on the door. I hear a truck and say to myself is it for me.

This is maybe the 3rd time I have purchase this model, well maybe not the same exact model, but a expandable version of this and I keep coming back as it they last for years.

I was looking for a laptop that would perform basic functions and was easy to use. This laptop will be used primarily for presentation in an educational setting. It was easy to set up, I could access all my google accounts as well as have access to MS Office online.

answering machine is not like the other one we had when someone leaves a message you cannot hardly hear the signal that you have a message

The product is good, but I recommend everyone to check your landline at your home to verify that it can accept the newest technology. I could not get a signal, so I needed to contact my local telephone provider.

hard to read names on caller id. very small screen it seemed. also the 2nd handset had heavy static which we could not get rid of. when we purchased this vtech also bought an at&t as we have 2 lines coming into home. we decided to purchase another at&t , large screen, large lighted buttons. would not purchase v tech again.

I bought this phone because it was expandable and easy to find since its in Red. This replaced my old AT&T one that I bought a few years ago. I find this model easier to carry because its light and not bulky.

I love the color, the fun ringtones. And the phone calls are crystal clear sounding. Phone is light and slim for hands, and I will probably get another one for my bedroom.

The VTech phone is a good phone but does not have the higher quality that higher priced phones have, specifically voice qualities. Clarity of incoming voices has much to be desired, and I have been told my outgoing voices are not the clearest. Like the saying goes, get what yo pay for. I don't live on a phone so it's OK/
