Still using land-line phones for backup. Buying new phones was cheaper than buying replacement batteries. Just plug & play since I was replacing older phones that didn't hold a charge

I needed a phone for my Comcast phone service and found this one on sale at Best Buy. I have a similar phone system that I use at my office, so I couldn't beat the features and the price. Easy to set up and use, and good voice clarity on the handset.

Works fine. Needed the house phone for my elderly father who moved in.

Replaced a previous Vtech phone, which lasted a very long time. Very happy with this phone & was able to buy another additional handset from Vtech.

So far so good. Great value for the money. Very good construction and in our case since this phone system won't be getting heavy use, it should last a long time.

Had one of these phones for many years without a problem - until I recently dropped it. It took a long time to originally charge the first time. Have not used it much but worked well when I did and It looks good too.

My wife and I have the VTech cordless phone / answering system in our home and have been very pleased. My mother-n-laws very old cordless phone was failing to do the job, and we suggested this set for her. She has been extremely pleased.

Can’t figure out how to set up voicemail….if it’s even an option

Works well. I think we may be one of the few families that still has a landline. Other retail stores don’t carry them anymore.

These phones are a good value. Reception is very clear. When lightning fried my first set, I purchased the same product again through my protection plan.

Writing this after almost 2 years of ownership. It still works great. Nothing to complain about.

Surprised at cost as we bought V-Tech phones about 8 years ago and paid much more but they lasted that long. So far so good and hoping these last as long. V-Tech is a great product so you can't go wrong with their phones.

I needed a simple home phone and this phone does the job for me. Directions could have been clearer. I called support, and they were very helpful in setting up the phone.

Good house phone for the price i know almos no one use those anymore but i need one for my business

I purchased this to replace an older AT&T 6.0 dect system whenever I'm away there is no way to retrieve my voicemail short of going to my Xfinity app online on my computer to retrieve it I can't just push a button on the phone and get my voicemail I'll never buy this unit again and we'll replace it at the first available moment
