Been using VTECH phones for at least 20 years now, been my go to choice since they hit the market, I've tried others, but not for long, then it's back to VTECH, I know they'll work!

These phones are actually really simple and work great. They have all the actions that are needed like CID voicemail and caller ID plus a few more. I love them.

Good: call quality, light up keys and screen, clear text on screen Okay: ringer noise level is a medium, so it's not obnoxiously loud, but it might be a problem for some people

I love the intercom feature. I can get my kids attention when there on the other side of house and my kids use it to ask for something if I'm busy working in my home office.

We are very pleased with these phones. We again have landline service with our cable company and enjoy having the flexibility of not using our cell phones for everything

Been using VTech phones for some time now. They're good quality at an affordable price point. Very happy with this purchase. I can't imagine a phone working any better than this one.

My only complaint is the phone book is hard to access. I keep a home phone for the kids and they need to be able to access the phone book in case of emergencies. They work.

Love, love, love this cordless! Includes an extender unit which definitely comes in handy. Crisp, clear sound and great accessibility.
