We purchased the VTECH CS5119-2 Base Unit and wanted two additional accessory handsets. The Best Buy Website offers you accessory insight in their 'often bundled together' section of the ordering site. I took for granted that Best Buy would have only recommended an accessory handset that would be compatible with the base unit. Now I'm left with the headache of having to return the incompatible handsets and ordering the correct ones. Ironically, the Best Buy website does not even carry the accessory handset for the base-unit I purchased from their website. I usually have a very positive experience with Best Buy ordering. Unfortunately, this was a train wreck of an experience.

It did not. It does not read jpeg file directly. One must first put it on a computer screen and and pass that through the QKK device to project onto a screen.

The buttons are stiff and recessed making them hard to use. The phone is a bit awkward feeling. Sound quality is so-so. The upside is that it doesn't feel cheaply made.
