This phone battery doesn't last long needs charge ever day with minimal use...if heavy use will need multiple charge a day...sound quality ok...this is not a high quality phone but gets the job done.

This is a very basic phone, with no thrills. Basically does the job it is intended to do. It falls short in the quality of the calls which is average at best.

I brought this to use for work being we work from home now and I must say I wish the battery life was a lot better. I use both phones for a 8 hour shift.

they are ok...sound is not good...needed to get new phones during isolations I guess these were ok...had similar ones [the ones I replaced]and they were much better

The sound quality is poor at both ends. People to whom was speaking told me that either my voice was too soft or the volume changed intermittently. I had wanted a phone that announces the caller. Unfortunately this model doesn't have that feature. Also there is no backlight. I returned the phone.

This is a nice phone great sound and I will recommend this phone to everyone

When I purchased the phone I looked at the features and Q and A. to make sure it has a setting to support pulse dialing and it does.... BUT we could not get it to work even after calling VTech support. The phone lines in the house are old. There is a working rotary phone connected as well as another newer phone that has a pulse setting (and that phone works). It was a good value but unfortunately it did not work for us and we returned it.

Verry low volume. Wish it was a little louder......

The features on the phone works and the look of the phone is nice because it matches my room color.

Saw this when I was looking for single cordless phone/answering machine. Sales rep said it was same item but with 2 phones. Got it home and no answering machine. Returned it

Did not work with my majic jack service so I had to return product

Needed a landline phone set. Works ok. I don't use it alot so it works well for what I needed. Basic phone.

Speaker has static in it. Volume control not very good. I have been disappointed with this product. Of course it was cheap? Should I expect anything more?

It was given as a gift to mom and she said it’s user friendly.

I am one that enjoys having a home phone and the battery life does not last as long as it says. I think I might take it back. This is sad because I am a Vtech fan.

The phones work ok the problem is the backlight is too dim. You need a flashlight to read the led screen

Very flimsy. Not good for the clumsy. Would be better with a hook.

If you are looking for a very basic cordless phone set this will work for you. I bought this for my mother and she ended up getting a different set.

Sound quality of outgoing mess poor. Ringer choices inferior. Just needed a phone to take messages on a land line that is seldom used. Serves the purpose
