The loudness on phone is not adequate. Very disappointed as I loved our previous Vtech phones but when I replaced the batter the phone exploded in my ear. I was afraid to use any of the batteries I had previously purchased so I decided to buy new phones, but I went too cheap. No speaker on these and unable to answer another call if you are on the line when the call comes in.
