    The product was easy to hook up to my phone service. After I got technical support form Verizon I was able to establish voice mail. The phone does not have internal voice mail storage.

    Okay for a backup phone but the audio is not loud enough for my taste. Volume must always be at highest level. Also, I prefer a heavier handset. Otherwise a good phone

    bought the phones for a christmas gift and they were a disappointment noise on both ends of the phone,so i swap them out for panasonic brand and they are great

    I have had this dual headset phone for a couple months.. both headset speakers are making a bad crackling sound. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

    Horrible sound. Tone output is weak so some calls were not completely dialed. Stick with Panasonic.
