Cheap but not quality

Very Disapointed

I had had V-tech before and thought these would be great. The V-tech phones were just as bad. I was so disappointed by their terrible performance. I settled on Panasonic. I recommend you do the same.

Not what I thought it was

I wanted to just record my outgoing message And hit the button when I got home. This made me go thru provider and too complicated for me. It’s brand new but useless to me.

Dead after 17 days

I tried to return to Best Buy , manager didn't accept it since it was more than 14 days. Called customer service of the company, asked lots of details, original box etc..
