The phones, sound great , it's the perfect size not to mention the price which was good too .

Needed to replace a cordless phone and machine on a wall during our kitchen remodel. This worked great as we usually only need the home phone for emergencies or telemarketer calls. LOL. Only thing it does not have is a voicemail but we use the one that comes with our online phone#.

This phone has really good, clear sound. The keypad is fully lighted which makes it super easy to use in a dark room. I replaced a very expensive, Panasonic phone system with these phones and was a little apprehensive about "downgrading" to a much cheaper system. As it turns out, this is an upgrade. I highly recommend this phone.

We recently upgraded to Triple Play from Xfinity, since it was cheaper than only keeping tv/internet, and decided we might as well actually use the phone service. This phone offers good call quality (but not great) and easy setup, as well as basic caller id and phonebook options. For what we purchased it for, it certainly fits the bill. Speakerphone is a nice plus.

would be great if it blocked unwanted calls but like it lights up at night.just needed a cheap since storm took off last phone but forgot i needed call blocking for all the annoying phone calls you dont want to hear.

It's a good phone. So good, in fact, that I returned it BECAUSE it turned out that the phone I had (same brand, just an earlier model) did work so the more recent purchase was superfluous. Given that the original, still-operating-properly unit was, impressive quality. It was at least 10 years old.

If you need an inexpensive and simple to set up landline set, this VTECH set is perfect. It takes no time to set up (just plug and play). Bought it to replace a very old set that wouldn't keep a charge. The charge lasts a long time, which is great when you're on hold forever with customer service or chatting for a long time with family members. I also liked the function that you could see who called while you were out. It's not exactly an answering machine but it gives you who called at a glance.
