I wanted a two phone system at an affordable price and this is it! I went to a different retailer that had a one phone system for the same price and it was a generic brand. I'll stick with Best Buy.

The directions are really very very confusing without a help desk number on them that I was ever able to locate. I had to actually call my IT person in to connect and setup the features and even he was a little baffled at one point. I'd only recommend to a friend with a FYI about the difficulty and lack of clear directions for setup. Advising them to beware!!!!

Do not use it for voicemail but it comes in handy. The range within the house when off the handset is pretty good upstairs and downstairs.

I needed a new phone to replace another basic VTech I've had for over 15 years. This phone has all of the features I need and find useful. I hope this phone lasts as long as the last.

This came with two handsets and all the features I needed. Long battery life between charges, ring and volume settings with plenty of adjustments work great for me.
