However, the unopened package did not have a a/c adapter which was listed on the manual and box as "being included". I had to return the phone. I ended up buying another VTech phone in grey that came with a secondary phone. That package had the a/c adapter in the box! LOL! Great small investment if using as an I.C.E. phone at home or for "working at home" during the pandemic.
