Cell service was not good inside my house so I'm back to a landline. This phone works well and only needs to be plugged into the telephone jack to work. I recommend it to anyone who needs a landline phone.

only down side of this phone is that when a call comes in the screen is faint and hard to read in order to avoid calls I do not ant to answer. On the other hand, when I see spam, I do not answer and press off.

VTech has always produce quality and this is another home run!

Does the job. My husband does not want to keep cell phone so we bought this so we can keep in touch when he is home. Works! I think instructions are difficult to follow but have slowly figured it out.
