Nothing fancy. I use this as a backup phone for a home line through my cell phone provider. It screens my calls through caller id and you can program names into the phone. It worked out of the box even before I took time to read manual and set it up.

I had this phone for almost a month , this phone doesn't connect sometimes or it will read phone connected to another line I get an attitude after the phone not connecting to the number that I dialed so I think maybe this phone is defective, this is not like all the product that I've purchased at Best Buy for the last 12 years .....Sincerely still your Loyal Customer

I purchased the VTech expandable cordless phone system for my mother so that she would be able to have phones in multiple rooms. It has been a great purchase. She likes the larger number keys and simple design. The speaker phone and volume controls work great and help hear to hear callers better. Very happy with this buy at Best Buy.
