    No a huge fan of the phone. I needed to replace and ordered online the same brand I was replacing. I ring tone is entirely to loud even on the lowest setting. It would be a great phone for those w/ poor hearing.

    The phone is nice and has nice features but one thing I don't like is that it's hard to see who's calling because the screen is really dim and the letters are too small. So I purchased another set.

    The only draw back from this phone, is when you need to press your digits during an activation (voice options), you have to press hard and for approximately one to two seconds vs other phones or even your mobile device. Aside from that, not bad!
