It’s also complicated to call and enter all kinds of codes to retrieve voice mail. Still trying to understand why I’m not hearing my caller’s when they leave a message. I liked that feature on my old phone.

The sound is clear and the phones are substantial. I found the range to also be exceptional. They do not take up a lot of space which was important to me.
