I was very pleased when I decided to choose this phone. Setting up the phone and its answering features were easier than other phones I've used. The range on the handsets to the base are really nice as well.

Easy to use. Instructions could be clearer and more in-depth. Otherwise it is perfect for a home landline.

The phones work excellent . The phones are easy to use . There are two phones . One of them is cordless and the other one uses a cord.

The VTech - CS6949 Dect 6.0 Expandable Cordless Phone System with Digital Answering System is a great phone system that works very well. There isn't anything super fancy about it and it's not a high-end office phone but for those who need a simple phone system that is dependable, this is for you. I highly recommend it.

The phone was easy to install. The instructions of operation is very well stated. Making the phone easy to use. The sound in the hardline phone and the wireless handset, both have very clear sound.

As phones go, the quality is pretty good. I would recommend the phone if you are on a budget. Nothing special.

bought this for my elderly brother ...it has the large numbers that he can see,,,also has features he will never use ...just can't figure out a speed dialing system...goes alphabetically instead, through a phone book icon...which he can't see the icon so it does him no good ...but still all in all a good phone

Just Average. Everything works fine but nothing fancy. The volume is ok but I would prefer it a bit louder. But it does have decent volume. The phone cord with the attached phone on base is short and the extra phone has been working great.

The old phone had been around quite a long time and the number keys were sticking. Quite frustrating as you can imagine. I took a trip to my local Best Buy store and stood there pondering my choices. A Best Buy assistant stopped by and answered all the questions that I had. I finally picked this model. I got it home, plugged it in, and went through the easy setup and I was back in business. I am very happy with my selection, it was just what I needed.

Phone was easy to use. Easy to setup. I like the fact that I can block number straight from the phone base. It is clear to hear, the headset battery life is awesome.
