No problem with this phone. It was inexpensive and does what I need it to do. Is just a backup up for when I have left my cell phone out of sight and family needs to reach me right away. Does just balance in the cradle loosely with potential to fall out and then becoming charged but so far not a problem.

THIS IS AN EXCELLENT PHONE FOR THE PRICE. JUST WANTED A PHONE FOR OUR LANDLINE AS WE USE OUR IPHONES MOST OF THE TIME. PERFECT SIZE AND GOOD SOUND. THE CORDLESS HANDSET IS CONVENIENT. JUST BE AWARE ANSWERING MACHINE DOES NOT BEEP WHEN YOU HAVE A MESSAGE. DOESN'T MATTER TO US BUT MIGHT TO YOU.

I like the large keys, easy to read, very easy to record announcements and retrieve messages. The one thing that is inconvenient is that there is no way to mute incoming voicemail messages. So if I’m alone at the office but busy with a client and can’t answer the phone we can all hear the incoming message.

Easy to set up. A good basic landline phone with answering machine and extra handset. Good price.

I needed a phone and i found a corded phone. I like corded phones. It also has a remote phone as well. I needed a answering machine too. So I got everything I needed.

I have been buying VTech products for years because I've been continually disappointed in rival panasonic products. This phone was a replacement for my mother who's hard of hearing and mid stage dementia--I only mention this as the phone is so user friendly and easy to use that mom can use it an it makes her much less agitated to be able to reach out to family members. I highly recommend the phone,

Purchased phone/answering machine for my parents (who still have landline). They had an older model with two cordless handsets, but the handsets were constantly on low battery and would not hold a charge. The price of two batteries were not that cheap, so I decided to get them a new phone instead. This VTech has a handset attached to the main/answering machine with a separate cordless handset. This will prevent them having to worry about the battery, plus the main base has a speaker function for convenience. The only downside is that the cordless handset does not have a button to directly hear message from answering machine, which the old phone had, and my parents have to go to the menu button and go to a few steps to get to the messages. Also, the number of messages on the display is not as clear as we would like.

Easy to set up and has good quality audio both on the handset and the speaker on the desk phone. Love the big display screens on both pieces.

We needed to replace a cordless phone set that we had for years, and this was the perfect set with a landline and cordless phone combined.

The phones were easy to set up and work very well. Both the regular phone and cordless phone are high quality.

Got this phone for my elderly mother and I'm not too tech savvy but it was very easy to set up and suits her needs perfectly. Large keypad and display are easy to read and traditional answering machine allows her to screen calls.
