I have always been a loyal VTech customer and still am. I wanted this product because of the color & ability to add another phone. Overall, I like the features. The only bad thing is that when you press a button, such as to view the Caller ID or to dial numbers, the phone is slow to respond, there is a delay. I will deal with it because I love the color of the phone.

This phone does all that it's supposed to do, and it's bright red!

still find a need and value in keeping a land line and I needed to replace an old phone. while I feel the need for the land line, I do not use it a great deal and did not want to spend a lot of money on a phone. this model has some nice features, including speed dialing and caller ID and the quality of the speaker and transmitter are excellent. need to replace another old land line in my basement and it will be with another one of this model

We don't rely heavily on use of our home phone, so we elected to purchase a fairly basic and inexpensive model. It is doing its job and serves the purpose. I would purchase it again at this point, although we have only had it in use for a few weeks.

This cordless phone is nice. The battery life is long and the range is good for the price.

Phone is sleek and works well. Love the ringer settings.

I was going to buy my wireless phone a new battery but I saw this wireless home phone that was almost the same price as the battery so decided to give it a try to this new Vtech home phone, before this product we had only had Vtech toys so we didn't know of it was going to work out good but end up working great no problem with it so I'll definitely recommend this or any other Vtech wireless home phone.

Pros: great quality for price, great sound quality for price, good range in basement of house *installed in basement-haven't used across levels or outside), clean design, easy to push buttons, easy setup, expandable. Cons: listener on call complained that voice volume was low, flat design forces phone to rest either on lips or ears but not both, speaker phone in handset only not on base (as described- I just like it when it is in the base.) Big con: after one phone call and one night, the phone base no longer receives power from the AC adapter (or the adapter blew) and the phone cannot be used. (the phone display reads: NO PWR AT BASE and plugging and unplugging the base has no effect on the phone.) Vtech's troubleshooting did not help. I will exchange the phone- it was good enough for the price to give it one more try.

Easy to set up, works well as back up landline . Price is right for what we use it for

The phone model itself is very cheaply made. The phone buttons are not aligned. But it's a phone and it works. Has caller ID and speaker phone. Great for temporary decoration. Do not buy for heavy usage. It will probably not last. Fragile
