Can't hear

I returned one thinking it was the phone but the second one is doing the same thing and I'm not sure if it's too late to take it back or not, I need to check. I have the volume all the way up and yes, it is the correct volume, but it doesn't help.

When conversation first starts it is fine. If you are on the phone longer than a minute it roar, crackle and so much static you cannot hear anything.

Battery could last a little longer and sometimes the menus can be difficult to navigate but that may be me not remembering how to navigate something outside a touch screen. But, for the price, it works well.

You can store a good amount of contacts. Shows you the date and time. You have options on ring tones. There's a button to press to find the phone if you misplaced it.
