I truly enjoy how this product cleans the water through my fridge dispenser. I have been using this for the last 2.5 years. I have to replace it every March and September, so knowing that, I keep them on hand by late February and August. I do wish the price would be lower.

I love the convenience that Best Buy offers with this product. I have been receiving these GE filters for my refrigerator for almost 10 years now and will continue forever, even when it’s time for another refrigerator purchase!! Thanks BB

This was simple to put into the fridge and works good

The original filter that came with the fridge new lasted about 6 months just as the box says. The only issue I had was installing the new one. There isn't anything in the documentation provided that tells you to open the filter door as far as it can to install. I opened the filter door to remove the old one and tried to install the new one, but it took me about 5 minutes to figure out that it was the filter door causing the issue. I even watched YouTube videos on installing it and they don't mention that the filter door needs to be wide open to install the filter properly. Be sure to dispense nearly a gallon of water at first before consuming the water after replacing the filter. I had a bunch of air in the water line and the color of the water was a dark color. Once I thought I was good, the fridge still said it needed purging so I dispensed more clear water until the display said it was good.

The water filter was easy to take out and put in my refrigerator. It made a noise at the beginning but over time the noise went away. Must have been the air that needed to get out. Water quality is very good.

These are the branded filters for the GE refrigerator water dispenser. They work well; we prefer the GE brand for the refrigerator over 'generic brands" as they work and fit better

Our first water filter we had to buy for our new refrigerator that we purchased in December 2020. Easy to install. seems to work ok.

Once I install it and empty out like 2 gallons of black carbon water from the initial filter install all is well. It will spray or gush out at first and that only means the install was correct. Although, the water begins to clear up like in the second gallon dumped out. Filters the water and the water tastes great! Quenching filtered water! Love it!

Was able to easily remove my old filter and put this right in and my fridge recognized it without issue.
