I have bought it for all my 5 consoles my wife has often 8 TB of information for her medical stuff that she’s been storage on this units compared to other ones price is really accessible

I always buy western digital hard drives but i found a seagate hard drive for a cheap price for my xbox and it died out of nowhere. I got 2 years out of it but still very disappointed so here i am back only buying western digital hard drives from now on. Its a great hard drive and looks good, very pleased with performance.

Excellent external hard drive for my Xbox One. Love all the space it provides to hold all my games without coming close to running out of storage space. Looks great too!

Fantastic add on for the XBox One X! Its 5 times the storage for a low low price! Totally worth it for someone who constantly runs out of space on the built in hard drive! Plus the 2 months add on for the Game Pass made it all worth while!

More bang for your Buck. Play Xbox One games of this drive almost as fast as the Next Gen series X/S. Can quickly store and transfer Next Gen games to internal quickly. Great Drive.

Great up to Xbox one X but for Series X it’s noticeably slight hiccups on some games. For Series X I recommend Samsung T5 1tb SSD which is enough for non Series X/S games and for X/S games copying back n forth in T5 will be big difference transfer speed compared to this WD slow drive but if your looking for capacity then WD 5tb is it.

If you own a Xbox Series console "Buy This" you will not regret it. Lots of additional storage for games and other media. The high cost of the Xbox branded storage option lead me to look for another option and after watching many YouTube reviews and reading thru current users of the WD Black HD I brought it and wished I did it sooner. I just ordered the non branded same version for my PlayStation 5 a few days ago and I am waiting for delivery (Free Shipping) from Best Buy because it was sold out in my local stores.

Wonderful Product For Storing and Playing Older and Non Optimized New Games. Do not be misled to thinking these will play and store all games. Games play well and design is great, tons of space.

Ideal if you don’t want to shell out $$$ more for SSD. When you get this the speed is matched for Xbox so it does the loading speed you want Ps comes with 2 months of game pass

Good drive, i bought it to consolidate all my games for the series x and its working good, but i also make sure to get geek squad product replacement in case , its not much and gives you peace of mind

Since my Seagate failed, I bought this one. So far no issues but I have only had it for maybe a couple weeks. Hopefully this one last longer than my Seagate hard drive. I guess the one advantage to this hard drive is a gained 1 TB of storage for video games. The coming weeks and months will tell if I made a good purchase. Not sure if my Seagate failed because the Xbox always has the hard drive going and it got pretty hot all the time. I am sure that’s not good for the internals of the hard drive. We will have to see if western digital has a better solution than Seagate.
