I had bought a 2tb samsung 980 pro when it first released in 2021 and paid $400. Almost filled up the space with ps4 collection alone. Then this one came out and shelled out another $500 for this 4TB ssd. I love that this one comes witha a heatsink and is faster and twice the storage! :) pricey but worth it imo.

Okay, initially I thought that it was going to be hard to install this memory card but after some time it was easily installed and saving all my games and stuff. It is pricey, but if ya a serious gamer...GET IT!!

Installed really easy once I got the cover off my PS5 and has worked flawlessly since. Set my PS5 so that this is now the default hard drive and I have been very pleased with it. Plenty of room for games and so on with no worries about running out of space anymore. No overheating problems yet that I've read about. Well worth the price and I got mine price matched so it was a really great deal.

Bought this for my ps5 and honestly it’s been great. It’s super quick and now I don’t have to worry about installing or reinstalling games. Installation is fairly easy, took about 5 minutes. I would recommend. It is a little pricy so if you have the extra cash I would if not, get something a little smaller

This SSD works perfectly with my PS5 and has been an excellent upgrade. Installation was easy, and the performance is outstanding, with very fast load times and smooth gameplay. It offers great storage expansion and reliable speed.

This was worth the buy now I never have to worry about downloading new games the extra storage also has sped up my system cause now I don't need to download onto the console storage I can keep that free

This is the best way to "Monster-ize" your PS5 gaming experience. It was so simple to install and there is absolutely no lag in game play. Highly recommended for any serious gamer.

It's great! It freed up a bunch of space and I can download a ton of games. I just move them to the internal ssd and it plays all the games without the ps5 skipping a beat! Anyone with kids knows how fast you can run out of memory and with this thing they haven't made a dent! It's really easy to install and with the financing, I can't even feel it in my pockets!

If you’re a gamer like I am and love games but don’t have the space not to fret this was one of the best if not the best space savers I will ever have I love this ssd and its easy to install! Highly recommend

With so many large data games adding SSD memory is a must. The WD Black 4tb was the perfect companion and very easy to install/format and access within the PS5 menu. It’s fast and games play smoothly from the card. Made my PS5 a 5tb system and paired with a 5tb WB Black external my system runs with 10tb of storage. More than enough for any games you may want to play. Highly recommend and I stand behind the product

I've gotten a few of these now for gifts and one for my self they are great. Easy to install. Work with aj the games. And basically a necessity now with the size of games.

I love this 4TB. I’ve been downloading all types of games and this is what made me enjoy my ps5 a lot more. Easy to attach to the ps5 as well.

Love that its a simple install and and no longer have to juggle between what games I need to delete for an update that’ll consume the last 30GB of storage on my console. Well worth the price!!!

Works great and is very easy to install the only down fall is the price since you're basically buying another console but to be fair it's going to take a long time to fill up 4TB. Strongly recommend especially when there on sale.

I'm extremely pleased with the efficacy of the WD-Black SN850P 4TB Internal SSD PCIe Gen 4 x4 with Heatsink that I recently purchased from Best Buy for my PS5. The installation procedure to replace my previous internal storage was uncomplicated. The possibility of data loss during the upgrade was one of my primary concerns, but I did not encounter any complications in this regard. The transmission of roughly 300 GB of data occurred without incident and with good efficiency. I haven't experienced any issues with overheating due to the inclusion of the heatsink. Regarding performance, this SSD has surpassed my expectations. Notably quicker load times and a substantial improvement in the overall performance of my PS5 have been observed. I have no concerns and highly recommend the WD-BLACK SN850P for anyone looking to increase their internal PS5 storage.

Does what it says on the box, and quite well. Installation was incredibly easy, and basically works on the plug-n-play concept. One quick format and it’s ready to roll. No heat issues, no performance issues, it works like a charm. A bit on the pricy side (though sales do help that part sting less), but an absolute must for any PS5 user.

Bought this for my PS5 and very happy with the decision. The 4TB option was definitely on the expensive side, but worth it for the added storage. Installation was very easy, and formatting was a breeze. I loaded some games onto the drive and they perform flawlessly. Definitely recommend for gaming.

Ps5 memory stick.Needed more memory to download games. It holds quiet a bit. We have family games, kids games and adult games so we needed room to hold a variety of games. Easy to install.

You could ask for a simpler product to use. It was very simple to install and gives you a lot more storage on your device.

After installing Call of Duty and losing 50% of my storage to one game, I needed to beef up my PlayStation with more storage and this worked perfectly. Very easy to install, you just need to take the back of the PS5 off, pop this thing in, and secure it with a screw and you’re done. I’m all set on storage for the immediate future, at least until GTA drops.
