poor performance, costs too much, poor service upon purchase

When Install it in my ps5 it responded recognizes but the next day i detect no power running in my console and thats why whenever i turn on the console it turns off itself. Waiting to see if it restocks so i can exchange before going to WD warranty. The 2TB one i used recently is no problem.

Extremely disappointed with this whole process. Never recieved this product. Apparently the shipper could not deliver this product to its destination. Now I cant buy this product for the same price as when it was on sale. Very poor peformance fro best buy. They wouldnt even send another one to a different address.

I purchased this 4tb SSD drive to install in my new PS5 Pro. And WOW… this drive is super fast. Lots of storage space. Extremely easy to install. And it’s the recommended brand for PS5’s. If you’re thinking about getting it, you won’t be sorry. It’s well worth the $$

Tried to install it all the ways peoplesay to do it , nothing worked. Bought a different one and worked at first try

Bought this for when my Spider-Man ps5 came so had it for about 2 weeks before the console arrived and when it did and I installed it the ps5 didn’t detect the SSD and even didn’t turn on at a few points with it installed so now it’s too late for a return or anything from BB so have to go through WD warranty,funny thing is the ps5 arrived on sep 1st and the return date ended on Aug 31 guess I’m just unlucky

Best buy app said if i purchased within 20min i would receive item next day delivery, now its saying over a week to deliver. would’ve picked up in store instead.

Got a lemon and no more were in stock. It is very common that these devices do not work out of the box.

It is always nice to have more storage for your ps5. I’ve had 0 issues with this ssd. I highly recommend this one if your needing more storage

Extremely easy to install, more then enough for my needs at the moment, plenty of room for expanding in the future, runs smoothly, well worth it.

Great addition for the PlayStation. Easy to install. It works as it should. Best Buy customer service is very poor though. 1 ⭐️. Received an email saying it was ready to be picked up. Waited in the pickup line. No one else around. Had to wait about 20 minutes for someone from customer service to finally help me out. Don’t have a pickup line if no one is working it.

it’s nice and easy to insert once you actually know how to open your ps5. i love it because i been needing more space for about a year and never knew about this…i’m glad i finally got it.

Very simple and easy to install on my PS5. Best of all it holds up to 4tb of storage!!! It’s pretty pricey but totally worth it if you have/want to download a lot of games.
