Perfect for the extra storage i needed. I used this along side an ssd drive for some of the less used programs on my pc. I still found it to be fairly quick and the price is just right

This fast hard drive has added new life and speed to an older high end laptop. I do not like to use cloud services and this added additional needed storage for my computer. There have been no issues with this hardware since installation.

I bought this drive to upgrade my PS3 from the installed 80 GB drive. It fit the PS3 perfectly and I now have plenty of storage. The drive works perfectly in the PS3. Only regret not having bought and installed this drive sooner.

Used this HDD to replace the standard HDD that comes installed with the ps4, easy to install and now i have DOUBLE the storage!!!! Software took a while to install but Man this HDD is worth it. If you are going to upgrade your Memory go with this HDD.

Plnety and i mean PLENTY of storage. I store Starcraft and League of legends and tons of photos and apps so i can run it off there. The only severely annoying bit is having to sign into it everytime i turn on the computer. It has a passcode you have to setup to access it. Although afterwards, it just has you have to doible click it to open it everytime you log in so you can access whats on it. Wish you didn’t have to if it stayed connected to the same computer or laptop. But otherwise its good.

Replacing the hard drive was the least painful part of getting my computer back up and running after the original hard drive crashed. Thinking of getting the 2TB version for backups.

Have the best luck with Western Digital hard drives with out any issues over the years. This is why I purchased this drive. Price was good too. Working great have had it a few months now.

I used this in a 2009 MacBook Pro with an overfilled HD. Used time machine with an external HD to restore and reload everything to this hard drive, worked perfectly, gave me a great amount of storage space for the price and the install was quick and easy!

This is the second standard blue hard drive have have bought in the last 6 years and they last under heavy use conditions. I tried an off brand solid state hard drive and it lasted about 45 days before becoming inaccessible. Even with the 90 exchange or refund policy, all my data is still on that drive and I am not turning that over to any foreign company. I will stick with the tried and true hard drives for the time being.

All I needed was more space as Windows apps consumed my tiny hard drive. I was happy with XP but my hard drive was getting full and I wanted to dual or tipple boot Win 7 and maybe a flavor of Linux. I downloaded the software from the site and it did not recognize the new blank drive as a WD drive which halted my whole upgrade till I used a different partition copy program. Once I got past that chasm, things went smooth for installing the second OS. The transfer software would be better used on a desktop or find a better way to recognize the MFR of the drive. No hardware performance issues.

This is good for PS3 game console. The installation is fast,easy and affortable. The PS3 console uses over 100 gygabytes of space. I'm left to about 832 gygabytes of free space. It's still very good because I replace my 250 gygabytes PS3 internal harddrive.

I needed a good and reasonable hard drive quick. I bought this hard drive fa few Months ago to use it to back up my files and so far it’s been working very well for me .

I got this for the ps3 wanted to up my storage absolutely love it. Saves on some load time on demon souls and other games with aload screen but doesnt shave a lot of time. The storage expansion is the main reason why i bought it. I absolutely love it and makes my ps3 on steroids compared to the original hard drive.

WD Makes a one of the best Hard Drives and is easy to install. After Install the laptop works as it should

This one TB drive is fast and always reliable. I generally buy the 2TB size but a client didn't want to spring for the extra $15. Pretty short-sighted of them. I've bought dozens of these drives and never had a failure.

Super easy installatuon on my MacBook Pro. Works just fine (only had it for a month). Only issue I had was reinstalling the OS on the computer but after googling, it worked just fine. Now my computer works much faster.

This is a great value for a replacement hard drive for your laptop. Not too much you can say about a hard drive until yours dies, but to be able to vastly enlarge my storage capacity at such a low price really softened the blow.

I was a little skeptical about buying a drive that was three time the price but I have to say that the installation was easy and the drive makes my computer run so much better. This is well worth the extra money.

My hard drive crashed and I needed a new one right away. I called around to see if I could find one. I called a few places that them, but Best Buy had the best price so I went there and bought it. Works great in my laptop.
